White Chocolate Popcorn-MMMmmm Monday

This is a family favorite anytime during the year.  There are all kinds of recipes for this but we keep it simple.



White Chocolate Popcorn
Ingredients
Microwavable popcorn (I use 3 bags for this recipe)
White chocolate (I love Guittard chips)
Marshmallows (optional)

1. Microwave popcorn and make sure all unpopped kernals are removed.  Place popcorn and marshmallows in large mixing bowl.

2. Microwave white choc. chips in another mixing bowl.  30 minute intervals will assure that chocolate does not burn or become hard.  Once melted and smooth pour over the popcorn and marshmallows. 
Mix carefully.

3. Pour out onto parchment paper.  Once cool break into large chunks of white chocolatey goodness.  
Eat immediately or store in air tight container. 



This was our Baby Shower PINK POPcorn.

A great treat or gift at Christmas, Halloween, Baby Shower, etc.
